Origination preflight at tul normal. On arrival to dfw into ILS runway 36 pattern, flaps extended to 11 degrees normally. On base leg, stall indication failure light. Checklist was followed with first officer's stall system failure, circuit breaker pulled per checklist. On 10 mi final, flaps selected to 15 degrees with split indication, ie, left at 15 degrees, right at 11 degrees. Flaps to 11 degrees reselected. Altitude was 3000 ft, speed 190 KTS. Time XA05Z. Tower approved going straight through and towards bpr to sort out problem. On downwind leg, declared emergency, requested runway 35L as longest runway. Flew 11 degree flaps, mid-seal slats approach at 165 KTS. Touch at 160 KTS. Normal reverse, rollout, no problems. Terminated at XA20Z.
