Narrative:

ATC facilities: dfw tower. Location: runway 31R ILS approach. On the ILS to runway 31R at landing gear extension we had all 3 red landing gear unsafe indicator lights remain on. Both a and B hydraulic pumps were in high output at 3000 psi. Executed a missed approach and went to 5000 ft with approach control. We got an extended downwind vector from approach while we got out the QRH and did the landing gear unsafe indication procedure. After cycling the gear we had 3 green lights and elected to leave the gear down and land. Landed on runway 31R without assistance or any further unsafe indications.
