Narrative:

On final approach at 85 KIAS inbound for landing on runway 16 at cambridge (cbg), the final before landing checklist was performed. The aircraft soon thereafter crossed the threshold and 5 ft or so above the runway, a small jolt from wind caused the right wing to dip thereby causing the propeller blade tips to come in contact with the runway. The propeller tips were damaged as a result on the right engine.
