Narrative:
On jan/thu/95, I returned from a forestry observation flight at XX00 local. At this time I was informed that the aircraft I was acting as PIC of had not been signed off for its annual. However, the inspection had been completed and returned to normal service. After I was informed, the aircraft was grounded until it was signed off.

Title: ACFT FLOWN WHICH HAD NOT BEEN SIGNED OFF FOR ANNUAL INSPECTION. INSPECTION HAD BEEN COMPLETED, BUT NOT SIGNED OFF.
Narrative: ON JAN/THU/95, I RETURNED FROM A FORESTRY OBSERVATION FLT AT XX00 LCL. AT THIS TIME I WAS INFORMED THAT THE ACFT I WAS ACTING AS PIC OF HAD NOT BEEN SIGNED OFF FOR ITS ANNUAL. HOWEVER, THE INSPECTION HAD BEEN COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO NORMAL SVC. AFTER I WAS INFORMED, THE ACFT WAS GNDED UNTIL IT WAS SIGNED OFF.
