Narrative:
A previous repair was investigated for compliance. Inspection was conducted to see that it was in compliance. It was. Inspection at that time was stopped and card was closed. Later; sealant on the repair was removed and replaced (no documentation was created). The next day; I was asked if the sealant was bad. I said no; it only looked wind blown. I was told the sealant was replaced and if I would look at it. So later that night I did; and stamped it off.
