Narrative:

Controller asked if we were heading to rosewood. We said yes as per clearance. Controller thought we were supposed to go to richmond. RNAV flight plan (standard) was different than normal route filed by company. Controller said no problem and cleared us as per flight plan that was in RNAV. Should have checked to make sure rtes agreed. Very tired after long 2 day trip (8:20 actual/13:22 duty/9 hours rest day one and 7:15 actual/11:30 duty day two). No autoplt on previous 6 legs.

Narrative: CTLR ASKED IF WE WERE HEADING TO ROSEWOOD. WE SAID YES AS PER CLRNC. CTLR THOUGHT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GO TO RICHMOND.
