Narrative:

Sat departure control cleared us to 5000 ft. Later sat gave us climb to 13000 ft heading 050 degree. Traffic 1 O'clock 5500 ft. 'TCASII RA' descended to 4500 ft from 5000 ft climbing ascent. Missed 'V' tail bonanza because of TCASII alert! From our 2000 FPM climb TCASII told us to descend at 500 FPM. Supplemental information from acn 314969: after initiating evasive action aircraft in question checked in on sat departure control (127.1) at 5500 ft.
