Narrative:
On departure from bwi, we were tracking the sie 276 degree radial inbound to intercept the eno 235 degree to eno. I went past the radial before ATC called and asked if we were in the turn. A sharp turn to the left and we re-intercepted the radial. We were off no more than a few mi.

Title: FO OF AN MLG FAILED TO TURN AT DEP FIX RESULTING IN ATC INTERVENTION.
Narrative: ON DEP FROM BWI, WE WERE TRACKING THE SIE 276 DEG RADIAL INBOUND TO INTERCEPT THE ENO 235 DEG TO ENO. I WENT PAST THE RADIAL BEFORE ATC CALLED AND ASKED IF WE WERE IN THE TURN. A SHARP TURN TO THE L AND WE RE-INTERCEPTED THE RADIAL. WE WERE OFF NO MORE THAN A FEW MI.
