Narrative:
Approaching for touch and go, hard touchdown in nose-up attitude. Attempted go around and plane veered to left. Could not correct or get plane to fly. Cut power. Left wing struck cowling of parked aircraft and plane came to a stop on small hill parallel to northeast ramp.
