Narrative:

X received a clearance to taxi. The clearance was 'taxi runway 28R intersection of your choice.' I proceeded south from the hangar and turned onto taxiway a. I suddenly saw a light out of the corner of my eye and stopped. A 400 series cessna collided with my right wing. The cessna came to a stop 75 ft ahead of me. I could see fuel gushing from his left wing tank. Perceiving the situation unsafe, I advised the tower I was taxiing back.

Narrative: X RECEIVED A CLRNC TO TAXI. THE CLRNC WAS 'TAXI RWY 28R INTXN OF YOUR CHOICE.' I PROCEEDED S FROM THE HANGAR AND TURNED ONTO TXWY A. I SUDDENLY SAW A LIGHT OUT OF THE CORNER OF MY EYE AND STOPPED. A 400 SERIES CESSNA COLLIDED WITH MY R WING. THE CESSNA CAME TO A STOP 75 FT AHEAD OF ME. I COULD SEE FUEL GUSHING FROM HIS L WING TANK. PERCEIVING THE SIT UNSAFE, I ADVISED THE TWR I WAS TAXIING BACK.
