Narrative:

This is an incident about an aircraft that was actually loaded considerably heavier than the flight plan or weight and balance form indicated. The center of gravity was considerably farther forward than indicated (at the edge of the chart envelope). 33 of the 38 pallets/containers were heavier than the forms indicated. This was discovered after an abnormal takeoff and after the crew requested the cargo be reweighed after landing. It was found the aircraft actually weighed 660100 pounds instead of what we thought was 608100 pounds (60000 pounds heavier). The center of gravity was 11 percent instead of 22 percent. We rotated at 143 IAS instead of 153 IAS.
