Narrative:
I had several aircraft on vectors to mco. My headset suddenly stopped working. I was then forced to leave my position and search for other means of communication. I located a handset nearby and used it. Headsets controllers use frequently 'die' on position.

Title: ATC EQUIP PROB COM CTLR HEADSET FAILED.
Narrative: I HAD SEVERAL ACFT ON VECTORS TO MCO. MY HEADSET SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING. I WAS THEN FORCED TO LEAVE MY POS AND SEARCH FOR OTHER MEANS OF COM. I LOCATED A HANDSET NEARBY AND USED IT. HEADSETS CTLRS USE FREQUENTLY 'DIE' ON POS.
