Air carrier X, a dc-9, missed his OM report. I had vehicles on the airport. I asked air carrier X for the report and he failed to give it. I thought he might have missed it, I had to ask him. He was inside of it.

Narrative: ACR X, A DC-9, MISSED HIS OM RPT. I HAD VEHICLES ON THE ARPT. I ASKED ACR X FOR THE RPT AND HE FAILED TO GIVE IT. I THOUGHT HE MIGHT HAVE MISSED IT, I HAD TO ASK HIM. HE WAS INSIDE OF IT.
