Narrative:

After landing, north ground had us taxi via taxiway m-h, hold short runway 22 and call south ground 121.9. I started the after landing checklist and was talking to company for a gate. I had my head down in the cockpit. When I looked up we were crossing runway 22. I asked the captain if we were cleared across runway 22 by the south ground. Neither of us could remember and about the same time, south ground told us to taxi to the gate on the outer. South ground did not question us about crossing the runway, and there were no conflicts with any traffic using runway 22. Runway 22 was not in use at the time because on parallel approach on runway 29L/right and traffic was busy with the inbound hubbing. Next time I will not do anything until clear of all runways before doing gate calls and after landing checklists.

Title: FLC FAILS TO HOLD SHORT OF AND GET CLRNC TO CROSS A RWY.

Narrative: AFTER LNDG, N GND HAD US TAXI VIA TXWY M-H, HOLD SHORT RWY 22 AND CALL S GND 121.9. I STARTED THE AFTER LNDG CHKLIST AND WAS TALKING TO COMPANY FOR A GATE. I HAD MY HEAD DOWN IN THE COCKPIT. WHEN I LOOKED UP WE WERE XING RWY 22. I ASKED THE CAPT IF WE WERE CLRED ACROSS RWY 22 BY THE S GND. NEITHER OF US COULD REMEMBER AND ABOUT THE SAME TIME, S GND TOLD US TO TAXI TO THE GATE ON THE OUTER. S GND DID NOT QUESTION US ABOUT XING THE RWY, AND THERE WERE NO CONFLICTS WITH ANY TFC USING RWY 22. RWY 22 WAS NOT IN USE AT THE TIME BECAUSE ON PARALLEL APCH ON RWY 29L/R AND TFC WAS BUSY WITH THE INBOUND HUBBING. NEXT TIME I WILL NOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL CLR OF ALL RWYS BEFORE DOING GATE CALLS AND AFTER LNDG CHKLISTS.
