Narrative:
After takeoff from sfo we were advised by ATC that an aircraft that takeoff after us found debris on the runway. ATC was advising approximately 4 aircraft that had departed. We had no indication of any problem. We were later notified that a tire cap and part of a gear door from a B-737 was the debris. We still had no indication it was our aircraft. We continued tour destination (phl) where we made a precautionary landing that was uneventful. After shut down at the gate. We were informed it was our aircraft. The right tire on the right main mount had thrown a thread that damaged the gear door and flap. Required repairs were made.

Title: TIRE CAP CAME OFF DURING AN MLG TKOF RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO ONE MAIN GEAR DOOR AND WING FLAP.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF FROM SFO WE WERE ADVISED BY ATC THAT AN ACFT THAT TKOF AFTER US FOUND DEBRIS ON THE RWY. ATC WAS ADVISING APPROX 4 ACFT THAT HAD DEPARTED. WE HAD NO INDICATION OF ANY PROB. WE WERE LATER NOTIFIED THAT A TIRE CAP AND PART OF A GEAR DOOR FROM A B-737 WAS THE DEBRIS. WE STILL HAD NO INDICATION IT WAS OUR ACFT. WE CONTINUED TOUR DEST (PHL) WHERE WE MADE A PRECAUTIONARY LNDG THAT WAS UNEVENTFUL. AFTER SHUT DOWN AT THE GATE. WE WERE INFORMED IT WAS OUR ACFT. THE R TIRE ON THE R MAIN MOUNT HAD THROWN A THREAD THAT DAMAGED THE GEAR DOOR AND FLAP. REQUIRED REPAIRS WERE MADE.
