Narrative:
Runway 13/31 lga, there are real bad bumps in middle 1/3 of runway. Work continues on runway 4/22 but nothing has been done about the bumps on runway 13/31. I have been complaining for the past yr but they are still there. These bumps could well distract a flight crew and contribute to an aborted takeoff or worse. P.south. I land at lga 30-35 times a month.

Narrative: RWY 13/31 LGA, THERE ARE REAL BAD BUMPS IN MIDDLE 1/3 OF RWY. WORK CONTINUES ON RWY 4/22 BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT THE BUMPS ON RWY 13/31. I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING FOR THE PAST YR BUT THEY ARE STILL THERE. THESE BUMPS COULD WELL DISTRACT A FLC AND CONTRIBUTE TO AN ABORTED TKOF OR WORSE. P.S. I LAND AT LGA 30-35 TIMES A MONTH.
