Narrative:
After takeoff, aircraft would not pressurize. It appeared to stay in ground mode. Appropriate checklists were accomplished. We returned to clt for a normal landing.

Title: FLC OF AN MLG RETURNED TO LAND AFTER ATTEMPTS TO PRESSURIZE THE ACFT FAILED.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF, ACFT WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE. IT APPEARED TO STAY IN GND MODE. APPROPRIATE CHKLISTS WERE ACCOMPLISHED. WE RETURNED TO CLT FOR A NORMAL LNDG.
