Narrative:
While cruising sbound FL280 sav 010 048 received TCASII RA. We climbed to FL290 and turned 20-30 degrees right. Informed ATC. After conflict over, ATC descended us to FL280 and on course. Maneuver smoothly executed. No injuries incurred. Remainder of flight routine. I believe conflict occurred with climbing air carrier Y.
