Narrative:

I was PIC of an enstrom F280F helicopter. I was flying a news gathering mission and, due to the nature of the story, had shot an approach to the mississippi river. I hovered over the river for approximately 2 mins and returned to the station. An unidentified person called to complain that I had flown too close to the surface of the water. I believe that I operated the helicopter within the limits set by the FAA regulations and operated the helicopter without hazard to persons or property on the surface.
