Narrative:
ILS approach being conducted to runway 26R in atl. Very tight turn on by approach control caused overshoot of ILS localizer intercept, resulting in a TCASII RA with aircraft conducting an approach to the south complex. Frequency congestion on atlanta approach control contributed to the problem.
