Narrative:
Small aircraft X at 14000 ft, given clearance to 11000 ft. Air carrier Y at 10000 ft. Small aircraft X read back 10000 ft. The readback error was missed by the radar student and myself. Small aircraft X descended to 10000 ft and minimum separation was lost.

Narrative: SMA X AT 14000 FT, GIVEN CLRNC TO 11000 FT. ACR Y AT 10000 FT. SMA X READ BACK 10000 FT. THE READBACK ERROR WAS MISSED BY THE RADAR STUDENT AND MYSELF. SMA X DSNDED TO 10000 FT AND MINIMUM SEPARATION WAS LOST.
