Narrative:

Air carrier X was landing roll on runway 24R at lax. ATC instructed air carrier X to hold short of runway 24L, and remain on frequency. The flight crew read back 'roger, crossing runway 24L and remaining your frequency.' this readback error was not detected until air carrier X was approaching runway 24L. ATC then instructed air carrier X to stop. The flight crew of air carrier X was unable to stop the aircraft prior to entering runway 24L. Air carrier Y aborted takeoff on runway 24L because of air carrier X incursion. Active listening on the part of ATC and flight crew could have prevented this incident.
