Narrative:

To the best of my recollection these are the facts surrounding flight pit-cmh on 12/92 while en route cruising at 8000 ft, the right engine suddenly quit. All appropriate checklists were completed, an emergency was declared and a diversion to cak was initiated. 2 attempts to in-flight start the engine were made. The second attempt was successful. I cancelled the emergency and elected to continue to cmh a routine approach and landing were made at cmh. An appropriate logbook entry was made at cmh upon reaching the gate.
