Narrative:

I was working 2 departure position combined. The traffic was building. A mixture of traffic -- overflts, departures, arrs. I had reached the point where I wanted no more arrival traffic. I observed an arrival being handed off to me. I told the arrival controller and the supervisor I did not want the aircraft. LOA requires the aircraft to be at 8000 ft. He was at 7000 ft. Without my approval the supervisor approved the aircraft in my airspace at 6000 ft. Several aircraft were vectored unnecessarily and departures had to be stopped because of heavy traffic. I feel the supervisor created an unsafe situation approving an aircraft into my airspace, especially when I specifically said I did not want it!

Title: CTLR SUPVR INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP COORD DISPUTE.

Narrative: I WAS WORKING 2 DEP POS COMBINED. THE TFC WAS BUILDING. A MIXTURE OF TFC -- OVERFLTS, DEPS, ARRS. I HAD REACHED THE POINT WHERE I WANTED NO MORE ARR TFC. I OBSERVED AN ARR BEING HANDED OFF TO ME. I TOLD THE ARR CTLR AND THE SUPVR I DID NOT WANT THE ACFT. LOA REQUIRES THE ACFT TO BE AT 8000 FT. HE WAS AT 7000 FT. WITHOUT MY APPROVAL THE SUPVR APPROVED THE ACFT IN MY AIRSPACE AT 6000 FT. SEVERAL ACFT WERE VECTORED UNNECESSARILY AND DEPS HAD TO BE STOPPED BECAUSE OF HVY TFC. I FEEL THE SUPVR CREATED AN UNSAFE SIT APPROVING AN ACFT INTO MY AIRSPACE, ESPECIALLY WHEN I SPECIFICALLY SAID I DID NOT WANT IT!
