Narrative:

Landed on runway 13, long taxi. We had the right engine shutdown to save fuel. Holding short of 18R. We were given clearance to cross both runways and were advised that we had a commuter plane behind us. Took quite a bit of time to get rolling without blasting the commuter. Tower told us to hold, but that would have stopped us in the middle of 18R. Aircraft on approach had to make a go around. Don't know how to prevent this. Maybe commuters should not get close to heavy jets. The company has really been encouraging single engine taxi.
