Narrative:

While climbing out of 10000 ft to 14000 ft I accelerated from 250 KTS to 280 KTS. I asked the captain if we had a speed restriction and he said it was 280 KTS. The reason I asked was because I thought we had been restr to 230 KTS even though I climbed to 10000 at 250 KTS and then accelerated to 280 KTS. The reason I bring this up is because of crew fatigue. This was our last leg of a 5 leg day. We held at erie VOR for awhile and then missed the approach to eri earlier in the day. It was getting late and I sort of got a little sleepy (a sinker), the captain also stated he was tired, my thinking that I was going too fast brought me back into the loop. Just after this we were instructed to make a 360 degree turn because we were gaining on traffic ahead. The traffic ahead of us was going 250 KTS, I believe center had instructed him to go 280 KTS. It seems lately that when we depart pit we have to go through this speed and altitude drill a lot. I guess it is due to the large volume of traffic that has to depart over briggs VOR.

Title: MLG EXCEEDS SPD RESTR, REQUESTED TO MAKE A 360 TURN FOR SPACING.

Narrative: WHILE CLBING OUT OF 10000 FT TO 14000 FT I ACCELERATED FROM 250 KTS TO 280 KTS. I ASKED THE CAPT IF WE HAD A SPD RESTRICTION AND HE SAID IT WAS 280 KTS. THE REASON I ASKED WAS BECAUSE I THOUGHT WE HAD BEEN RESTR TO 230 KTS EVEN THOUGH I CLBED TO 10000 AT 250 KTS AND THEN ACCELERATED TO 280 KTS. THE REASON I BRING THIS UP IS BECAUSE OF CREW FATIGUE. THIS WAS OUR LAST LEG OF A 5 LEG DAY. WE HELD AT ERIE VOR FOR AWHILE AND THEN MISSED THE APCH TO ERI EARLIER IN THE DAY. IT WAS GETTING LATE AND I SORT OF GOT A LITTLE SLEEPY (A SINKER), THE CAPT ALSO STATED HE WAS TIRED, MY THINKING THAT I WAS GOING TOO FAST BROUGHT ME BACK INTO THE LOOP. JUST AFTER THIS WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO MAKE A 360 DEG TURN BECAUSE WE WERE GAINING ON TFC AHEAD. THE TFC AHEAD OF US WAS GOING 250 KTS, I BELIEVE CTR HAD INSTRUCTED HIM TO GO 280 KTS. IT SEEMS LATELY THAT WHEN WE DEPART PIT WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS SPD AND ALT DRILL A LOT. I GUESS IT IS DUE TO THE LARGE VOLUME OF TFC THAT HAS TO DEPART OVER BRIGGS VOR.
