Narrative:
On may/sat/92, I departed runway 31 at the north bend airport at approximately HH20. As I became airborne, I noticed an unrpted ultralight type aircraft making a fly-by over the airport at my 1 O'clock position. Performing evasive action, I then made a non-standard turn off of runway 31 at midfield. It was unknown to myself that I had flown over a helicopter that had just started its engine. The helicopter had just begun ignition as I passed over him at an altitude of at least 250 ft. After passing over the helicopter, I flew over the FBO at an altitude of 350-400 ft continuing my climb out in an attempt not to get any closer to the ultralight aircraft. My closeness to the helicopter and the buildings were inadvertent, and I felt that the evasive action was necessary in order to avoid a possible collision with the ultralight vehicle.
