Narrative:

Climbing out of lga, near miss with light twin at 13500 ft near coast line. TCASII warned. Stopped climb. We went about 300 ft below twin. ATC gave traffic after prompted, which would have been about the instant of impact. Looked like as close to perfect set up for impact.

Narrative: CLBING OUT OF LGA, NEAR MISS WITH LIGHT TWIN AT 13500 FT NEAR COAST LINE. TCASII WARNED. STOPPED CLB. WE WENT ABOUT 300 FT BELOW TWIN. ATC GAVE TFC AFTER PROMPTED, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN ABOUT THE INSTANT OF IMPACT. LOOKED LIKE AS CLOSE TO PERFECT SET UP FOR IMPACT.
