Narrative:
Aircraft X was en route to tys at 14000. Air carrier Y was vectored off course to descend next to another dades arrival to tpa. Air carrier Y was not given a crossing restriction and was not RNAV equipped so it would have been difficult to give the aircraft a restriction. So he was a little high for the dades arrival and got within 5 mi of aircraft X en route.
