Narrative:

I was working a feeder fix position, which required me to set up aircraft in-trail, before being handed off to a final controller, while also working the east, north and southbound departures. After setting up the inbnds in a position to be readily turned to the downward, I didn't effect a handoff or frequency change on air carrier X, which subsequently converged with air carrier Y on the localizer.
