Narrative:
I was working a feeder fix position, which required me to set up aircraft in-trail, before being handed off to a final controller, while also working the east, north and southbound departures. After setting up the inbnds in a position to be readily turned to the downward, I didn't effect a handoff or frequency change on air carrier X, which subsequently converged with air carrier Y on the localizer.

Title: ACR X HAD LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION FROM ACR Y. SYSTEM ERROR.
Narrative: I WAS WORKING A FEEDER FIX POS, WHICH REQUIRED ME TO SET UP ACFT IN-TRAIL, BEFORE BEING HANDED OFF TO A FINAL CTLR, WHILE ALSO WORKING THE E, N AND SBND DEPS. AFTER SETTING UP THE INBNDS IN A POS TO BE READILY TURNED TO THE DOWNWARD, I DIDN'T EFFECT A HDOF OR FREQ CHANGE ON ACR X, WHICH SUBSEQUENTLY CONVERGED WITH ACR Y ON THE LOC.
