Narrative:
On apr/wed/92, air carrier X was transferred to tokyo acc at FL350 over pakoo. A was actually FL390. The mistake occurred due to controller not properly marking strips.

Narrative: ON APR/WED/92, ACR X WAS TRANSFERRED TO TOKYO ACC AT FL350 OVER PAKOO. A WAS ACTUALLY FL390. THE MISTAKE OCCURRED DUE TO CTLR NOT PROPERLY MARKING STRIPS.
