Narrative:

I had been cleared for 28L. As I turned from base to final, a new controller said I had been cleared for the 28R. I discovered the commuter plane flying directly overhead. The pilot was telling tower I was landing on his runway 28L and was directly under him whereby the controller informed me to land on 28R. As I started to land on 28R, an small aircraft was still on the runway, therefore, I made a go around and eventually landed on 28R.
