Narrative:

Air carrier flight landing chs ceiling and visibility in heavy rain. Even 20-30 mins later the information that I provided to chs tower charleston WX had not been provided to other pilots. I feel the system failed to provide essential data necessary for aviation safety in a timely manner.

Narrative: ACR FLT LNDG CHS CEILING AND VISIBILITY IN HVY RAIN. EVEN 20-30 MINS LATER THE INFO THAT I PROVIDED TO CHS TWR CHARLESTON WX HAD NOT BEEN PROVIDED TO OTHER PLTS. I FEEL THE SYS FAILED TO PROVIDE ESSENTIAL DATA NECESSARY FOR AVIATION SAFETY IN A TIMELY MANNER.
