Narrative:
My aircraft was stabilized on ILS to 28L at pit at approximately 3500 ft MSL. TCASII showed another aircraft which I assumed to be on approach to 28R. This target moved progressively closer to my aircraft until an RA 'climb' was issued. I executed a missed approach. RA screen showed -01 ft and zero range at closest point.
