Narrative:

Flight bound from cleveland to cak received a bird strike on the left propeller and wing. Approximately 50 ft AGL after takeoff, we experienced no vibrations nor abnormalities at all; therefore, we proceeded to cak as planned. Upon completion of the flight the captain made a visual inspection of the propeller and wing and determined that there was no damage. The captain called maintenance who inspected the aircraft and found it airworthy.

Title: FLC OF LTT HAD BIRD STRIKE IMMEDIATELY AFTER TKOF AT CLE. NO VIBRATION OR OTHER INDICATIONS OF PROBLEM WITH FLT. CONTINUED TO CAK, DEST.

Narrative: FLT BOUND FROM CLEVELAND TO CAK RECEIVED A BIRD STRIKE ON THE L PROP AND WING. APPROX 50 FT AGL AFTER TKOF, WE EXPERIENCED NO VIBRATIONS NOR ABNORMALITIES AT ALL; THEREFORE, WE PROCEEDED TO CAK AS PLANNED. UPON COMPLETION OF THE FLT THE CAPT MADE A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE PROP AND WING AND DETERMINED THAT THERE WAS NO DAMAGE. THE CAPT CALLED MAINT WHO INSPECTED THE ACFT AND FOUND IT AIRWORTHY.
