Narrative:

We taxied to the second intersection which was taxiway hotel. We turned right onto hotel and left onto the parallel which was taxiway bravo. As we started our taxi onto hotel, my copilot called ground control by stating xx, clear of 30L taxi to ramp. We heard no response from the ground controller. I, therefore, went ahead and taxied onto taxiway bravo. Once again, my copilot tried to contact the ground controller again by stating xx, clear of 30L taxi to ramp. After a few seconds, the ground controller asked us why we had taxied without her approval. She stated, 'I have an small aircraft coming out. You needed to stop back by the runway. Now, I have to stop the small aircraft. I want you now to turn right at the next taxiway and taxi to the ramp.' as I was taxiing on taxiway bravo toward taxiway gulf, I saw that the small aircraft was holding short of taxiway gulf and had been before I taxied onto bravo. Therefore, we had created no problem by taxiing on the parallel. (Taxiway bravo). The incident occurred when we taxied across 30R, an active runway on taxiway gulf which caused no loss of separation. After we crossed 30R, the ground controller said, 'I told you to hold short of 30R, go ahead and taxi to the ramp and call me on the phone.' after shutting down, I called her on the phone. She asked me who was the PIC, the name of my company I worked for so she could write up an occurrence report. After talking to her, I decided to drive over and talk to her. When I arrived, the tower controller told us the ground controller had taken the rest of the day off. So we never really heard her details of the incident.

Title: FLC OF CPR LTT CONTINUED TAXI AFTER CLRING RWY. UNABLE TO GET RESPONSE FROM TWR. TWR GND CTLR CAME ON FREQ AND BERATED THE FLC FOR TAXIING.

Narrative: WE TAXIED TO THE SECOND INTXN WHICH WAS TAXIWAY HOTEL. WE TURNED R ONTO HOTEL AND L ONTO THE PARALLEL WHICH WAS TAXIWAY BRAVO. AS WE STARTED OUR TAXI ONTO HOTEL, MY COPLT CALLED GND CTL BY STATING XX, CLR OF 30L TAXI TO RAMP. WE HEARD NO RESPONSE FROM THE GND CTLR. I, THEREFORE, WENT AHEAD AND TAXIED ONTO TAXIWAY BRAVO. ONCE AGAIN, MY COPLT TRIED TO CONTACT THE GND CTLR AGAIN BY STATING XX, CLR OF 30L TAXI TO RAMP. AFTER A FEW SECONDS, THE GND CTLR ASKED US WHY WE HAD TAXIED WITHOUT HER APPROVAL. SHE STATED, 'I HAVE AN SMA COMING OUT. YOU NEEDED TO STOP BACK BY THE RWY. NOW, I HAVE TO STOP THE SMA. I WANT YOU NOW TO TURN R AT THE NEXT TAXIWAY AND TAXI TO THE RAMP.' AS I WAS TAXIING ON TAXIWAY BRAVO TOWARD TAXIWAY GULF, I SAW THAT THE SMA WAS HOLDING SHORT OF TAXIWAY GULF AND HAD BEEN BEFORE I TAXIED ONTO BRAVO. THEREFORE, WE HAD CREATED NO PROBLEM BY TAXIING ON THE PARALLEL. (TAXIWAY BRAVO). THE INCIDENT OCCURRED WHEN WE TAXIED ACROSS 30R, AN ACTIVE RWY ON TAXIWAY GULF WHICH CAUSED NO LOSS OF SEPARATION. AFTER WE CROSSED 30R, THE GND CTLR SAID, 'I TOLD YOU TO HOLD SHORT OF 30R, GO AHEAD AND TAXI TO THE RAMP AND CALL ME ON THE PHONE.' AFTER SHUTTING DOWN, I CALLED HER ON THE PHONE. SHE ASKED ME WHO WAS THE PIC, THE NAME OF MY COMPANY I WORKED FOR SO SHE COULD WRITE UP AN OCCURRENCE RPT. AFTER TALKING TO HER, I DECIDED TO DRIVE OVER AND TALK TO HER. WHEN I ARRIVED, THE TWR CTLR TOLD US THE GND CTLR HAD TAKEN THE REST OF THE DAY OFF. SO WE NEVER REALLY HEARD HER DETAILS OF THE INCIDENT.
