Narrative:
On landing at sebring, fl, I called and requested the active runway. I was advised to land runway 14. 14 is 300' wide with no markings except 1 short centerline marking at the end. On rollout I began to turn toward first taxiway. As I got close I saw blue runway type lights extending out into runway pavement on my right side. I turned back toward centerline (left) and immediately struck a yellow plastic sign. Minor damage to propeller repaired at FBO. Propeller shop sign being repaired at airport. Sign was 75' into runway from edge!!! Runway 36-18 has lights and is paved 150' wide with asphalt. 14 has no markings indicating a 'narrow' runway. Lights and sign just extend out onto concrete pavement.
