Narrative:

Apparently I missed the NOTAM on ATIS X that runway 35L was closed north of taxiway A3. I assumed that NOTAM was on X because when I checked 15 mins after the incident, it was on ATIS Y. I fly into okc twice daily, monday through friday. Since I routinely park at the north end of the airport and controllers are aware of this, I landed long on 35L to exit at taxiway A2. During rollout, I noticed airport vehs and personnel working on the end of the runway. Too fast to make A3, I continued for A2 when local controller told me to use A3 (seeing I was too fast for A2, he then said continued to A2). No conflict existed, but the potential was there. I may have missed the ATIS NOTAM because we hear about taxiway closures for construction quite often and usually they don't affect the west side of the airport. In the future, I will not get complacent about seemingly routine messages on ATIS.

Title: MISSED ATIS INFORMATION REFERENCE CONSTRUCTION ON LAST PORTION OF RWY.

Narrative: APPARENTLY I MISSED THE NOTAM ON ATIS X THAT RWY 35L WAS CLOSED N OF TXWY A3. I ASSUMED THAT NOTAM WAS ON X BECAUSE WHEN I CHKED 15 MINS AFTER THE INCIDENT, IT WAS ON ATIS Y. I FLY INTO OKC TWICE DAILY, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. SINCE I ROUTINELY PARK AT THE N END OF THE ARPT AND CTLRS ARE AWARE OF THIS, I LANDED LONG ON 35L TO EXIT AT TXWY A2. DURING ROLLOUT, I NOTICED ARPT VEHS AND PERSONNEL WORKING ON THE END OF THE RWY. TOO FAST TO MAKE A3, I CONTINUED FOR A2 WHEN LCL CTLR TOLD ME TO USE A3 (SEEING I WAS TOO FAST FOR A2, HE THEN SAID CONTINUED TO A2). NO CONFLICT EXISTED, BUT THE POTENTIAL WAS THERE. I MAY HAVE MISSED THE ATIS NOTAM BECAUSE WE HEAR ABOUT TXWY CLOSURES FOR CONSTRUCTION QUITE OFTEN AND USUALLY THEY DON'T AFFECT THE W SIDE OF THE ARPT. IN THE FUTURE, I WILL NOT GET COMPLACENT ABOUT SEEMINGLY ROUTINE MESSAGES ON ATIS.
