Narrative:

We were taxiing to the approach of runway 22 to take off. We thought there were 2 hold short lines and we taxied past the first one, but not on the runway. Another medium large transport aircraft was sent around at this point. Hold short lines are not portrayed on airport diagram. There was never any danger to either aircraft, and according to the controller it was a judgement call. Supplemental information from acn 170724: was turning on and off taxi light so as not to blind other aircraft. Taxied past hold short line.
