Narrative:

Air carrier X was 29800' when center called and asked if we could be level at FL350 within 4 mins. We complied with the clearance and I called leveling FL350. I was informed of a conflict with fgt Y at FL330. They say fgt Y was 4.6 NM from our position when we leveled at FL350.
