Narrative:

After departing runway 15R bwi at approximately 1300' AGL we were issued a traffic warning (1 O'clock, 2600' unverified). Requested to maintain 2000' turn to a 330 degree heading. While turning through approximately 1 270 degree heading we spotted the traffic (it appeared to be an small aircraft) at 1 O'clock westbound approximately at 2000' MSL. I then increased the bank to 350-40 degrees to avoid a possible collision.
