Narrative:

Unauthorized veh noticed driving on taxiway B west/O a clearance toward runway 34/16. Military held cleared for the option runway 34 landing in the midfield intersection was instructed to set it down, if able in the intersection and hold his position, also informed of the truck. Government veh drove around the runway in the grass to intercept the pickup to no avail. The pickup drove on the runway noticed the government veh, did a 180 degree turn and went to talk to the government vd. The government vd said he would escort the truck and the problem was taken care of.

Title: RWY TRANSGRESSION BY UNAUTH VEHICLE.

Narrative: UNAUTH VEH NOTICED DRIVING ON TXWY B W/O A CLRNC TOWARD RWY 34/16. MIL HELD CLRED FOR THE OPTION RWY 34 LNDG IN THE MIDFIELD INTXN WAS INSTRUCTED TO SET IT DOWN, IF ABLE IN THE INTXN AND HOLD HIS POS, ALSO INFORMED OF THE TRUCK. GOV VEH DROVE AROUND THE RWY IN THE GRASS TO INTERCEPT THE PICKUP TO NO AVAIL. THE PICKUP DROVE ON THE RWY NOTICED THE GOV VEH, DID A 180 DEG TURN AND WENT TO TALK TO THE GOV VD. THE GOV VD SAID HE WOULD ESCORT THE TRUCK AND THE PROB WAS TAKEN CARE OF.
