Narrative:

On the passenger [count] form; the armed fbi agent was not in the 'passenger of interest' section of the pcf. This seems to be an ongoing issue I have on my flights. I constantly have to ask the csr's to add the pcfa's [persons carrying firearms] to the correct section of the pcf. The csr's also don't seem to be following procedure wrt informing all armed passengers of each other's presence namely; circling seat assignments of those that haven't been informed. It seems all the csrs need more training wrt this issue it's getting tiresome to constantly have to report this.
