Narrative:

MTR X on a hard 6 SID departed npa and called me on departure. I switched the aircraft to ZJX. I called ZJX and gave them control of MTR X because I observed traffic that could affect the route of flight, and also to allow the center to climb the aircraft above the vps boundary. I called vps to confirm that they were watching MTR X, since center had not climbed the aircraft because of traffic (in my opinion). The controller stated that he had just gotten off the line with ZJX, that he was watching the aircraft, and ZJX said they would climb him shortly.

Title: MTR PENETRATED ADJACENT FAC AIRSPACE WITHOUT COORD.

Narrative: MTR X ON A HARD 6 SID DEPARTED NPA AND CALLED ME ON DEP. I SWITCHED THE ACFT TO ZJX. I CALLED ZJX AND GAVE THEM CTL OF MTR X BECAUSE I OBSERVED TFC THAT COULD AFFECT THE ROUTE OF FLT, AND ALSO TO ALLOW THE CTR TO CLB THE ACFT ABOVE THE VPS BOUNDARY. I CALLED VPS TO CONFIRM THAT THEY WERE WATCHING MTR X, SINCE CTR HAD NOT CLBED THE ACFT BECAUSE OF TFC (IN MY OPINION). THE CTLR STATED THAT HE HAD JUST GOTTEN OFF THE LINE WITH ZJX, THAT HE WAS WATCHING THE ACFT, AND ZJX SAID THEY WOULD CLB HIM SHORTLY.
