Narrative:
I relieved the previous controller as I looked at the flight progress strips. I had noticed a strip on a lifeguard aircraft that had no track in the sector, and was about 30 mins old. I assumed that the aircraft was handed off and shipped. I marked the strip accordingly and put it in the strip well.

Title: ACFT PENETRATED ADJACENT AIRSPACE WITHOUT A HANDOFF.
Narrative: I RELIEVED THE PREVIOUS CTLR AS I LOOKED AT THE FLT PROGRESS STRIPS. I HAD NOTICED A STRIP ON A LIFEGUARD ACFT THAT HAD NO TRACK IN THE SECTOR, AND WAS ABOUT 30 MINS OLD. I ASSUMED THAT THE ACFT WAS HANDED OFF AND SHIPPED. I MARKED THE STRIP ACCORDINGLY AND PUT IT IN THE STRIP WELL.
