Narrative:

I was first officer not flying. I copied a clearance for rno SID. The captain briefed a different SID. The company had just instituted 12 new mandatory departure procedures with lengthy special instructions (we were given no training on them). The captain flew the wrong SID on departure. We were queried if we were flying the SID and we both said 'yes' but started rechecking and discovered he was not flying the SID as copied on the takeoff data card. No traffic conflict, VFR, no terrain problem.
