Narrative:

Clearance was issued to cross 100 mi south of brave intersection at FL310, pilot's discretion. Crew was distraction and never descended out of FL350 per restr. ATC at 93 DME advised us to descend to FL310 and contact center on another frequency. Aircraft was promptly descended without incident.
