Narrative:

After departing runway 8, we were climbing on course in communication and radar contact with yuma departure control. While passing through 3500' MSL I noted a high speed aircraft appear just below the left wing tip. The aircraft filled the left side cockpit window completely. Almost immediately a second aircraft appeared from below the left wing. The first aircraft, an fgt, passed about 200' ahead of us under our aircraft at an altitude we estimated to be 50' below us. We immediately asked departure if they had the traffic that had just passed us. They replied that they had no returns in our area. We informed them of the incident and they replied that the fighters did not have their xponders on. A few mins later departure had contacted the pilots. They said they had us in sight. I asked if that was so, how could they pass so close to us? Departure replied that they couldn't get a reason.
