Narrative:

I completed the company's mandated merger integration training online. I completed it within the allotted time frame however; I got several questions wrong. I was not offered retraining or any additional information prior to attempting the question again. I was able to complete the testing and training course however I do not feel adequately trained by; nor do I feel comfortable operating under; the new procedures. The qrc to QRH training should be completed by a pilot instructor for at least an hour at our training center. The training should be reinforced with hands on opportunities to run through the checklists in a fixed based simulator. Training solely by computer for these vast changes is not safe.
