Narrative:

Wanted to fly local and the control tower cleared me for practice touch and go. In the pattern, I took off and was in the pattern for landing. The tower cleared me for a touch and go. This aircraft was behind me going to land. He decided on his own not to land and went over me as I was taking off. The tower told me to abort and I did with 1/4 of the runway left. I landed safely.

Title: SMA ON APCH OVERTOOK AND FLEW OVER ANOTHER SMA SHOOTING TOUCH AND GO'S.

Narrative: WANTED TO FLY LCL AND THE CTL TWR CLRED ME FOR PRACTICE TOUCH AND GO. IN THE PATTERN, I TOOK OFF AND WAS IN THE PATTERN FOR LNDG. THE TWR CLRED ME FOR A TOUCH AND GO. THIS ACFT WAS BEHIND ME GOING TO LAND. HE DECIDED ON HIS OWN NOT TO LAND AND WENT OVER ME AS I WAS TAKING OFF. THE TWR TOLD ME TO ABORT AND I DID WITH 1/4 OF THE RWY LEFT. I LANDED SAFELY.
